SWEEPSTAKES SUMMARY: Operation D.C. Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on August 20, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 14, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period consists of seven (7) weekly periods, which begin and end on the following dates (each beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET) (each, a “Weekly Period”):

One (1) weekly winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received in each of the eight (8) Weekly Periods and one (1) grand prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period.  Entries do not roll over from one Weekly Period to another, but eligible individuals may enter each Weekly Period. There may be other sweepstakes that are similar to this one being run at the same time, and entry into this Sweepstakes is not entry into any other.  This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Showtime Networks Inc. (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to any legal resident of any one (1) the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who is at least twenty-one (21) years old and who is a Verizon residential customer and the named account holder in good standing (account is current and not in payment default or having a past-due balance) as of 8/20/12. This Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), possessions and overseas military installations and where prohibited by law.  Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, representatives and agents of Sponsor, Verizon Services Corp. (“Verizon”), their advertising and promotion agencies, Hothouse, Inc. (“Administrator”), and any other entities participating in the design, promotion, marketing, administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, as well as each of their parent corporations, subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and their immediate families (defined as spouses, partners, parents, legal guardian, siblings, children, and grandparent, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether legally related or not), are ineligible to participate or win the prize in this Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals can enter the Sweepstakes by visiting operationdcsweeps.com (“Web Site”), following the on-screen links and instructions to complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form, including, without limitation, entering your e-mail address and all other required information. Eligible individuals who have already earned an entry may earn one (1) additional entry by following the on-screen instructions on the entry confirmation page and clicking through to Sponsor’s web page.  The additional click-through entry will be earned automatically and no additional entry form is required.  Only individuals who have already submitted an entry form for the Sweepstakes may earn a click-through entry, however the individual must click through to Sponsor’s designated page for the additional entry immediately after initial entry and before going to another page with their browser.  LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY FORM ENTRY AND ONE (1) ADDITIONAL CLICK-THROUGH ENTRY MAY BE EARNED EACH CALENDAR DAY DURING EACH WEEKLY PERIOD PER PERSON AND PER VERIZON ACCOUNT.  Each entrant should review all personal information entered for accuracy purposes and make all corrections necessary to inaccurate data before submitting his/her entry form. Entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period through the Web Site and in strict accordance with the instructions and restrictions in the Web Site and these Official Rules.  Entries may not be made jointly or by any group and may only be made by an individual. The Web Site’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.  Only entries that are recorded on the Web Site’s servers will be considered.  Other proof of submitting an entry (such as a printed or copied confirmation screen or message) does not constitute actual receipt of the entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes. Attempts made by an individual to submit entries in excess of any limit or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified.  Subsequent attempts made by the same individual or individuals within the same household to submit multiple entries by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries.  Facsimiles, mechanical reproductions, alterations, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, late, mutilated, or forged entries, or entries generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and are void. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry, or abide by these Official Rules will be disqualified.  Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at or using any other web site, including, without limitation, commercial promotion subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes.  As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor, Administrator, Verizon, and their representatives to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and complying with applicable laws, regulations and rules.

DRAWINGS, ODDS OF WINNING, AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor’s or Administrator’s designated representative from among all eligible entries received during each Weekly Period approximately three (3) business days after the end of each Weekly Period for a total of eight (8) Weekly Period winners.  One (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor’s or Administrator’s designated representative from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period approximately five (5) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Decisions of the Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including interpretation of these Official Rules, determining the winners and awarding of the prizes. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor’s or Administrator’s representative will attempt to notify the potential prize winners (subject to Sponsor’s verification process) by phone, e-mail, and/or mail (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) on or about three (3) business days after the date of each drawing and, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the potential prize winners will be required to complete, sign, have notarized (if applicable) and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release  (unless prohibited by law) and tax documents (collectively, “Prize Winner Documents”), any or all of which may require each of the potential winners to provide his or her Social Security Number and a copy of a government-issued identification or number thereof, within the time frame specified and in the form provided by Sponsor or Administrator without revision, or prize may be forfeited. The Prize Winner Documents, if applicable, must be actually received according to the exact instructions in the notification within seven (7) days of Sponsor or Administrator sending the documents to the potential winner or other time frame as stated in the Prize Winner Documents, or prize may be forfeited and alternate winner(s) may be selected. If any prize, prize notification, or other Sweepstakes-related communication is returned as undeliverable, or if the selected winner(s) cannot be reached or do(es) not respond as instructed after Sponsor or Administrator has attempted to notify such potential winner(s) three (3) times, the selected winner(s) may be disqualified and alternate winner(s) may be selected (in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate potential winner(s), if any. The prize claim and Prize Winner Documents are subject to verification by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an entrant, if the dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible. The prize, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

One (1) winner of each Weekly Period will receive the prize corresponding to that Weekly Period as follows*:

Grand prize: The following prize package will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to one (1) grand prize winner selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (subject to verification): a trip for winner and one (1) guest on Sponsor-selected dates before May 1, 2013, to Washington, D.C.  The trip consists solely of the following for use only by winner and his or her one (1) guest: two (2) round-trip, economy class airfare tickets from a Sponsor-selected airport near the winner’s residence in any one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) for four (4) nights at a Sponsor-selected hotel in or around Washington, D.C., a private city tour, two (2) tickets to the Crime and International Spy Museum, a private former CIA officer “debriefing,” dinner for two (2) at the Hay-Adams Hotel, traveler gift bags, one (1) $1000 American Express Gift Card for winner, and a check made payable to the winner in the amount of $3750 to help cover taxes related to the prize.  ARV of the grand trip prize: $15,000.  The grand prize trip may not be taken on or including dates between October 29, 2012 and November 19, 2012 or between January 14, 2013 and January 27, 2013. Trip must be taken by May 1, 2013.  Sponsor makes no guarantees that the check portion of the prize will cover all taxes, and the grand prize winner is solely responsible for all taxes related to the prize.  In the event a winner lives in the District of Columbia or otherwise within close proximity to the trip destination (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), Sponsor will substitute airfare with ground transportation, and any difference in value will not be awarded to the winner. Winner and guest must travel from a Sponsor-selected airport near his/her residence within one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continuous United States on Sponsor-selected dates or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate randomly-selected winner chosen. Failure to complete the trip prize does not relieve a winner of his/her tax obligations associated with winning the trip prize. Specific travel arrangements and all prize details not specified herein will be made and determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel must originate from and end at the same airport. Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. It is the winner’s and his/her guest’s sole responsibility to comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including photograph) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. The Released Parties are not liable for any missed prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. Some restrictions may apply.  Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in to cover hotel incidentals. Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older, unless winner is the guest’s parent or legal guardian. Winner agrees that his/her guest must comply with Sponsor’s and each prize provider’s procedures and policies and must complete, sign, have notarized and return a release of liability and, where legal, a publicity release to Sponsor in the timeframe specified by Sponsor or travel will not be allowed. Once selected by winner, guest cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. By entering this Sweepstakes and accepting the prize, winner agrees to maintain his/her behavior in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any Sweepstakes- or prize-related activity, including, without limitation, attending the tour, museum, and all other prize-related activities or events. Winner understands and agrees that Sponsor, Administrator, or prize providers have the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify and remove winner or his/her guest from any activity at any time if the winner’s or his/her guest’s behavior at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Sponsor or Administrator, or otherwise violates the policies of the prize providers, and in such a case, the winner will still be solely responsible for all taxes and other expenses related to the prize.

ADDITIONAL PRIZE DETAILS AND RESTRICTIONS, APPLICABLE TO ALL PRIZES: Total ARV of all prizes: $16,930.00. Actual retail value of the prize may vary depending on the winner’s residence (for grand prize), market conditions, changes in value of components (e.g., for grand prize, air transportation and hotel rates) and other reasons. Gift cards, tickets, and activities are all subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.  The Released Parties are not responsible for and no winner will receive the difference between the actual value of the prize at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or materials. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If Sponsor determine at any time in its sole discretion that any winner or potential winner is disqualified, ineligible, or in violation of these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to select an alternate winner, even if the disqualified potential winner’s name may have been shown or announced online or elsewhere. No transfers, prize substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the stated prize, or any portion thereof, with another prize of equal of greater value should the stated prize become unavailable, or for any other reason whatsoever. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Sweepstakes and all meals, gratuities, in-room charges, travel expenses, travel and other insurance, carrier fees, government charges, transfers, ground transportation, and other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and not specified in these Official Rules as being part of a prize will be the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of his/her prize. No more than the stated prize will be awarded. The winners are strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring any part of the prize, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and the Released Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. Additional restrictions may apply. The Released Parties will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prizes or prize elements or any prize elements that are undeliverable or do not reach a winner because of an incorrect or changed address or other contact information.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY EACH OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, DISABILITY, ATTORNEYS' FEES, AND COSTS OF LITIGATION AND SETTLEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR AWARDING OF THE PRIZE, WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN AND/OR TRAVELING TO OR FROM ANY PRIZE- OR SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOSS, OR ACCIDENT TO PERSON OR PROPERTY. EACH WINNER AGREES THAT THE PRIZE WON IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, EACH WINNER AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, OR RE-ROUTING RESULTING FROM ANY ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY. EACH WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES OF HIS/HER GUESTS RELATED TO ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES RELATED TO GUEST’S USE OF THE PRIZE.

EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER.  SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS:

“CERTAIN CLAIMS NOT AFFECTED BY A GENERAL RELEASE. A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.”

ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS: The Released Parties are not liable to any winner, an entrant or any person claiming through such winner or entrant for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control. Released Parties assume no responsibility and will not be liable for any of the following, whether caused by a Released Party, the entrant, or by human or other error: entries that are submitted by illegitimate means or entries in excess of the stated limit; lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, garbled or illegible entries, e-mail, mail, or Sweepstakes-related correspondence or materials or postage-due mail; address changes of entrants or entries not received in accordance with these Official Rules; viruses or technical or mechanical malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable cable or satellite systems; technical, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or unavailable network or Internet service provider connections; failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic or other communications; errors, typos or misprints in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend all or any part of the Sweepstakes if it becomes incapable of running as planned for any reason, or if any causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, and award the prize from eligible entries received prior to cancellation, modification, or suspension or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Released Parties are not responsible for any changes or unavailability of the Web Site or Sponsor’s click-through page that may interfere with the Sweepstakes or ability of entrant to timely enter, receive notices or communicate with Sponsor, in which case Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse threaten or harass any other person. If any person supplies false information obtains entries by fraudulent means or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain any prize, Sponsor may disqualify that person and seek damages from him or her and that person may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  Participants agree to not damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from using the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void the entry of any entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of a participant, the participant will be declared to be the registered account holder of the e-mail address and submitted at the time of entry, or other means as determined to be fair in Sponsor’s sole discretion based on the contact information submitted at the time of entry but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria, otherwise the entry may be disqualified and any potential prize won will be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion. A registered account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, in its sole discretion, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Any damage made to the Web Site or Sponsor’s click-through page will be the responsibility of the registered account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict or void online entries or participation from any IP address if any suspicious entry and/or participation is detected.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW/GENERAL: This Sweepstakes and any dispute arising under or related thereto (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles. Any legal actions, suits or proceedings related to this Sweepstakes (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.  By entering, and as a condition of entry, each entrant agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law: (1) TO ACCEPT AND SUBMIT TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF NEW YORK, NEW YORK, BOTH FEDERAL AND STATE, FOR RESOLUTION OF ANY DISPUTES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES; (2) to be fully and unconditionally bound by, and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in, these Official Rules; (3) that the decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including interpretation of these Official Rules and awarding of the prize; (4) to the use of his/her name, voice, likeness,  biographical data and/or information contained in his/her entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide (including online) in perpetuity by the Sponsor, their promotional partners, and third party marketing entities, without additional compensation, review, or approval, except in Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited by law (but nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve such use); (5) that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the entrant and any Released Party, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the prize awarded, or the determination of the winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (6) that in the event of any dispute between the entrant and any Released Party: (a) entrant will not be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits and/or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any), not to exceed ten dollars ($10); (b) entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (c) entrants' remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrants irrevocably waive any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. If any provision of these Official Rules shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.  Sponsor’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Official Rules shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. No waiver of any term or condition of these Official Rules shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. In the event of an alleged or actual ambiguity, discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials or the Web Site Terms of Use or Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, it will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole discretion. EACH ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IF HE/SHE IS CHOSEN AS A WINNER, CERTAIN OF HIS/HER IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES AT LEAST AS REQUIRED BY LAW INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ON THE WINNER LIST.

RULES/WHO WON?: These Official Rules will be available at the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Period.  A copy of these Official Rules and information about who won (available approximately two (2) weeks after the winner notification date stated above) is available by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope indicating either “Rules” or “Who Won?” to "Operation D.C. Sweepstakes, c/o Hothouse, PO Box 5869, Atlanta, GA 30307.” Rules requests must be received no later than the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Requests for winner information must be received no later than three (3) months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.  Only one (1) request per outer envelope, mailed separately, will be fulfilled.  Vermont residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests.
